I was serviced by the tag team of Ron Lollis and James Brown. I came from 150 miles away, yet the sale went smoothly and I got a good car (low mileage, one-owner 2013 Camry XLE). I had previously bought a 2010 Camry through James. The only hitch was the wait time before the finance officer Jason became available to wrap up the deal, but even that was not an inordinate amount of extra time. I am a happy customer and heartily recommend these guys and Autonation Toyota in Spokane Valley.

If i could rate lower i would. Initially i asked for a credit report to see how much i would pay a month for a darling little car. My fiance and I decided it wasn't time to buy a car, and informed the salesman we wouldnt be buying the car. Instead, the sales manager harassed us and even followed us to our car! I will not be returning to an establishment that feels that harassing customers is acceptable in any way! And you can thank Tim Wheeler for that!
We held a paid reservation with an appointment to sign papers on a truck and the sales manager, Mike Mackey, sold it out from under us. Something he told us two days before was a firing offense. I was a long time customer and have purchased three other trucks from them in the past two years. Never again. Very poor business practices by the so-called manager. Shame on them.

Blane was great to work with. He provided the best customer service I have ever had when buying a car. I live in Olympia and my local dealer was unable to find me the exact truck I wanted and didn't seem too interested in following up. Blane was able to track down the truck and DELIVER it to me within a few days. The price was right too! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone that I meet. AutoNation Toyota is THE place to buy a car or truck!
Derick was great. He showed me a few different models until he had an idea on what I like in a car. He had exceptional attention to detail and really listened to what I wanted. He was able to get me into a great car at a low rate. He made my first buying experience great. Brad helped with the finance portion of the deal. He was extremely helpful through the whole process. He was even able to get my monthly payments lower! AutoNation Toyota is a phenomenal place to buy a car.

This was my first experience at AutoNation and also purchasing a car. Upon entering I already knew the car I wanted to look at and had hopes for, My husband and I met Paul Wallace, we took the car for a test drive and he made us very comfortable and didnt "push" the purchase. After the test drive we went to discuss our options and he asked us our ideal number... Needless to say, with his sweetness he landed the sale! I love the car and cant say thank you enough.
