My husband and I bought a Toyota Corolla last year. We ended up trading it in, so we were owed money back from the extended warranty we purchased. It was supposed to take 8-10 weeks, but it's been way longer than that. My husband and I both keep calling and can't seem to talk to anyone that knows the status of our refund. I purchased a used vehicle from Toyota Autonation and had a few issues. The sales and service managers were not much help, so I contacted the dealership GM and he was very helpful and willing to assist with my issues. Overall, since speaking with the GM, he has turned my view of the dealership around and I will definitely return for my next vehicle. Thank you Toyota Autonation... I love my truck!
