We are very happy with our experience with Tina and Mack. Purchased a 2016 Camry XLE this week. No high pressure sales which has been our experience at some dealers. We are retired and don't respond well to pressure. Took our time and made our purchase on our schedule.

Our experience was great. We worked with Blane Zones, Internet Sales Consultant to find a Highlander that met our specifications. Our car was found in a distant city and arrangements were made to bring it to Spokane. Through many conversations by e-mail and phone Blane was always helpful and courteous. Never any "high pressure", just courteous assistance. Once the decision to purchase was made, he worked to assure that we could pick the car up at a time that worked for us. Just bought my dream truck. I have purchased two tundras from them and have had an amazing experience both times. The staff is so friendly and they don't pressure you. Amy Haley was great to work with. They gave me way more for my trade and really gave me an offer I just couldn't say no to all the way around. I would recommend them and her specifically to anyone. I'll be back when its time for an upgrade definitley.
I just have to say... that working with these guys was the best experience we have ever had when buying a vehicle. They worked very hard at getting us the best deal possible! We had to leave for awhile as it was Christmas eve and we had not started shopping yet. Our three year old little girl was so excited about going to build a bear.
