We have a 2003 4Runner. Yesterday while shopping we tried to open the moon roof only to have it get stuck partway open. Clouds rolling in. Rushed over to Auto Nation and they took us in right after lunch and got it closed for us. On our way in an hour. Great service! The only bad thing was the very greasy footprints on the driver's side where we get in. Did not notice it until we stopped at the store. Hope I can get it cleaned off!
Our over all experience was very good, but being that I preferred a certain model, RAV 4 model, SE,, and assumed that all RAVs included garage door openers and CD players still. In this transition of technology, this was not explained that the SE model did not include these two items. I might have been interested in a different model if one of those had those features. Amazing Service and Team. Searched all over the US for a hard to come by TRD Pro model........no one except AutoNation Toyota Spokane pro-actively saw my problem as an opportunity to go the extra mile. In the end they got the exact truck I wanted faster than I had ever expected (less than a month) whilst others told me I'd have to wait 6 months. Essentially they worked all their options to drive a fantastic customer outcome. The other dealers were OK only these guys actually pitched in to help.
