I decided to go for a test drive for a Rav 4 unfortunately, they have sold the one I liked. Andrew Garrison helped me pick out another Rav4 for a test drive. Did the drive and loved it I was not certain to get it on the day but Andrew was being really professional and helpful with providing information I needed and helping me out with financing situation. I was shopping from the Seattle area for a Toyota TRD Pro in a very specific color. My local dealer stated that they couldn't help me, as it's a limited production. I found one in Spokane, and Paul Wallace was very eager to work with me. I was prepared to fly out the following weekend, but Paul DROVE it over the mountains for me. Smoothest transaction I've ever experienced. A++++

Never again! "certified used" car with incorrect service records, 125 point inspection but check engine light comes on few days after sale and none of 3 warranties I have on it cover what's throwing the code? Been getting a run around the last 2 days going without a vehicle, your service department can't get their story straight once they realize my husband and I are knowledgable about the vehicle... so beyond irritated with you guys, I would never recommend buying from you. Had to have a recalled part replaced and they got me in right away and although we had to wait there, it was a comfortable atmosphere and my daughter appreciated the coloring supplies and donuts!
