Everyone there is amazing they are so helpful even stayed two hours after closing to get our truck. We went to other places and could not even get calls back. We called a head and they had the trucks pulled out and waiting for us. Best service I have had getting a new truck. Would recommend them and will be back for all our vehicle needs. I have a Lexus 350Rx and they dented the rear lift door above the Lexus "L" symbol when I took it in for an oil change. The service manager told me "That's too bad." He had no concern or cares at all. I regret ever purchasing a vehicle from them. It's just been issue after issue and they are all dishonest, from the sales people to the service people.
Great car buying experience! Aside from the financing guy trying to sell us all the extras we didn’t want. Just doing his job though. Very happy with the car.
The sales people and the service people do their best for us. We like our RAV4 very much. And they help take good care of it.
The salesman was Ali Nayarit. He was great to work with and explained things on our Prius Prime well. I would recommend him to anyone. The business manager was Cory Moore and he did his job but he was pushy. I understand that is his job but I don’t liked to feel pushed. The 2017 Prius Prime is a nice car to own. Thank you.
