This is my 5th car (4th Toyota) with Paul Wallace. And now am the proud owner of a 2018 Camry LE Hybrid that was ordered to my specifications. Took my Camry in for an oil change. I told the female service person that I wanted all filters changed also. I waited over 2 hours for the oil change!. When I got the service report back, it mentioned my filters were very dirty! I walked back into the service area, and Shannon, whom I had the appointment with, immediately called and had a service person install the filters. Thanks Shannon for taking care of me.
I just bought my 6th new truck from Tim wheeler.it is always the best exsperance for myself.I live on the coast by Seattle and it is worth driving 326 miles to be treated like a king.
Great service. Love the reminders to get my car serviced. I feel like they were responsive and clear. The only thing I did not like was the shuttle. Smelled like smoke. But staff is great to work with from scheduling to check out.
