Excellent service. It's nice buying a car from them---but it's more than matched by the service department AFTER buying a car from them. We had one of those annoying little squeaks in the cabin. A tech rode with me for near half an hour until we could get it to squeak---then he id'ed it as the front console cupholder needing a tiny bit of glue, and actually FIXED the problem. I swear I've never had a service department take a squeak seriously---and these people are perfectionists.
Still waiting 6 months later for my promised owners manual and the supposed fix to my front bumper was a joke. Bad company.

Salesman was Logan, purchased a 2005 Ford Explorer..not the most expensive car on the lot but treated me and my family with outstanding respect and service. Had the SUV ready for test drive and inspection when I arrived. Called me back the next morning after purchase to ensure my wife was happy. Outstanding service for a minimal purchase. Thank you!
