autonation Toyota shines above all other stores. I've never had a better experience at a dealership, let alone any place that has sales people. I have been recommending this dealership to everyone I can, and a big shout out to the general sales manager Christian and the sales manager Mike. they both made me feel incredibly welcome and educated on my car and its features!
RecommendedI have always been greeted with a friendly smile when I bring my car in for service. This time we had to have more done and David Merkle went over everything thoroughly with us. He called later to give us an update. We had to leave the car over night, but not a problem. David called the next morning and again took his time to go over all of the work that was done. I feel like my 2006 is like new again and good for another 120,000 miles. :-)

We received great customer service when we were buying a Highlander Hybrid, A young man named Andrew really went above and beyond on helping us in understanding all the bells and whistles and even came out and helped us get our phone hooked into communications of the vehicle! Real nice people!!
Ty is the man you need to see if you are looking for a new auto....Period! He will part with the usual salesman stuff and help any way he can. In my visits to AutoNation, I've experienced lackluster customer service in spite of several hour wait times. My most recent appointment involved the replacement of a wheel bearing that was installed by AutoNation just last year, and I was treated with a disturbing lack of concern from the tech handling my vehicle. Poor customer service and a reputation for 2+ hour oil changes have turned me away from utilizing the services here in the future.
I had an appointment scheduled to take my truck there for a recall, dropped it off as scheduled. Got a call after 30 min to come pick it up because they didn’t have the part . That was a total waste of my time.
