i recently bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla from Paul Wallace.. He was very professional,, not pushy. Listened to all my wishes and we found the perfect car.. He even made me laugh.. This is my first brand new car and I love it. . The business mgr seemed a little irritated with me when I chose not to add all the extra warranties etc. I did my financing with my credit union and got a great deal.. I recently got a Rav4 that I love. The sales team took the time to answer all our questions and gave different options for purchasing the car. Justin Williams has been there from the test drives, too the sales options, and then the follow up phone calls to see how everything is going. Over all the experience had been great.
Very professional customer service and great assessment of vehicle and recommendations for solving the problem.
The sales department is great David and Mike are great but the service department on the other hand is not. They are horrible about anybody giving you a call back within a decent time. And that’s if they give you a call back. I enjoyed buying my last two cars there but with customer service like this I’m not sure we will be buying another car there
I just had a traumatic blow out from an exploded Les Schwab tire, totaling my beloved and pristine Prius, causing $11,000 in damages. I was not a happy camper. I definitely wanted another Prius hatchback and Drew from Toyota/AutoNation showed me the only hybrid hatch Toyota had available. Justin Williams helped me through the process, being patient and explaining things to me in my language. I liked AutoNation because of Drew and Justin.
