I had an appointment for an oil change. When I checked in I was told it would be about an hour. After 1 hour 45 min, I checked to see how much longer. I was taken to someone that “had my paperwork “ and waited another 15 minutes while he “finished” up. Two hours for an oil change is too much! Especially when I made an appointment!
The staff was very welcoming as soon as we came. They greeted us and our saleswoman Sakeleanna went above and beyond to make the sale. We are thrilled with our Highlander and have already referred another potential buyer to her. ☺️
Andrew was my service advisor. He was quick and efficient in dealing with my issue... it was almost like I stayed at home all day!!!
