Hey AutoNation...when I went to buy a car you sure were happy to help me but when all I'm trying to do is get help making a SERVICE appointment I get ignored. Why do you send the reminders for service when you don't respond to questions about costs, what is due and to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT? I literally have been begging, calling and emailing and nothing. I bought a 2010 Toyota Tundra from them and they were extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. Bob Allen was the salesman that helped me and he did everything he could to meet my needs. I highly recommend talking to him if you need a new or used car. Mike in finance was also very informative and helpful.
I took my Sienna in yesterday for an airbag recall fix. As usual, everyone was friendly and helpful. As a plus, my car was ready in 2 hrs instead of the 3 to 4 hrs that. That was wonderful.

I recently purchased a 2019 Tacoma and the service provided by Sakeleanna and the rest of the staff was great! I felt super at ease from the very beginning and the whole experience appeared transparent which I really appreciated. I ended up purchasing some additional modifications and they got it scheduled and taken care of so quickly. I will drive the extra 10 min to continue my maintenance service with them and would recommend to family and friends for any future purchases :D
Took my Camry there to have a routine transmission service, and I loved it there. They even did a very thorough complimentary inspection of my car. My service advisor, David, went above, and beyond to take good care of me. Everyone there was very friendly, honest, and professional. I'll definitely be taking my car back there again! And, when I'm ready to buy a new car, I'll definitely be shopping there.
