After my brother was treated poorly, for return of a car he didn’t want, disrespected for who he is (A Vet) and you had my nephew there for 5 hours...... Wow. Thankfully we only drive GM, but you can’t bet I will not be sending anyone there for any vehicle.
Toyota of Spokane Valley is a great service facility. Everything is always promptly completed and the customer service area is comfortable and stocked with complementary coffee, donuts, reading materials and TV watching area. You don’t need to dread service appointments anymore.

The car is fabulous. The service is not. I think follow through in business is one of the most important aspect of the sales process. I have sent numerous E-mails and a few phone calls to AutoNation after purchasing a new car. Still, to this day, I have not received the Car's handbook. Yes, I know it is available online. I want the actual book or books. You think if you are going to spend 30,000 on a car that you would receive a owner's manual that goes with the car.
