10/10 wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst nightmare. By far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. My cars been in the shop 5 different times for the same issue and they insist on telling me nothing is wrong with my car and continuously lie to me. I bought a brand new 2019 Rav 4 and it was the worst mistake of my life and still has the unresolved issues. Now I have to deal with a vehicle that I don’t even feel safe driving in. Please save yourself the hassle of purchasing a vehicle here.
They took me in a timely fashion. The staff was very cordial and helpful. I was in and out quickly. The waiting area was quiet and peaceful and we all sat 6' apart. There were only about 5 customers in the whole building (it was early). The staff were efficient and competent. I felt very good about the whole experience at AutoNation. My car is running smoothly and I feel very confident about the service done on my car.

The team at Appleway Toyota took great care of my dad today. Special thanks to Mike Workman and Mike Bailey for their special attention to him as he made this purchase and service decision. He is absolutely thrilled with his vehicle. The Franseen’s are huge fans.
