Three weeks ago I purchased my third CRV from this location. The first one had over 300,000 mikes and I upgraded to my second CRV. Two months after getting this car, I was in a terrible car accident and I’m alive today because of the safety features on the car, minus a few broken bones and a year of physical therapy. I just purchased a 2018 Honda CRV and I had an amazing experience with Auto Nation HONDA on Thornton road. Gabriel Lozano and Jam Kelly were fantastic and patient with me. The customer service provided was outstanding and I will recommend people to ask for Gabriel and/or Jam because they really made me feel I was part of the team because they continued to check on me and make sure everything was okay and if I needed anything they offered.
