I had a oil change. I got there at 9:15 (appt was at 9:30). I was told that it would take about an hour. Two other people came in about 30 min after me. I was still waiting after 11:00 and the other two had already been called to check out. At 11:15 I went out to service center to see what was taking so long. I had a transmission oil change done on my 2014 Honda CRZ several weeks ago, and when I opened the hood today, the transmission dip stick was laying on top of the engine and the dip stick hole was open and all dirty. Great work Honda!
