I went to Auto Nation Honda to get the oil changed in my 2015 Honda Accord. Since there was a wait I decided to go into the showroom to “look”. A kind gentleman, Mr. Moses asked if he could help me. I said I was just looking while my car was being serviced. He asked me what kind of car and I told him. its close, and apts run on time
Their salesmen (specifically the men) are cheats and crooks. Their service shop spends 5 hours working on a car and then says "We didn't find any problems with the things you reported, so nothing got fixed". Thank You Auto Nation for preventing me from buying the 2018 Accord. If you're not going to fix cars, i'm not buying another one.
Just had service at AN Honda Thornton Rd and it was excellent. Advisors are very good.
