I had a great experience. Amber Smith was my service advice and she gave me great customer service. The whole time i was there she would keep me informed and helped me with what was best for me and my car. I would highly recommend to use this service department if you have a Honda or not.
Made an appointment yesterday for today to have the air bag recall fixed on my Civic Hybrid. I arrived a little ahead of my time, no big deal. They took my keys anyways. Each person I came across was very helpful and nice. Within the time frame they initially told me, my recall was fixed and I was on my way. Very pleasant people to deal with from checking in to checking out.
Service was fantastic. Ask for Jam. She’s a star! The car needed an alignment and tire balance when I bought it. It’s the least they could’ve done
Just ask for what you want. Come prepared. Nice young salesman.
