I purchased a new Honda on 11/11. The staff was very friendly and courteous. My sales representative was very efficient and completed the paperwork she was responsible for quickly. However, the finance office representative was on his fourth day on the job; and it showed. Long story short (chapter 1) it took me over two hours to close the deal and get on the road. I visited to take care of a recall notification I’d received, they were really helpful in explaining everything about the notification and gave me a time frame my vehicle would be ready. My vehicle was ready before the quoted time , and the whole staff there were polite and were a pleasure to deal with.
