Alton Threats is the best salesman there, hands down. He went above and beyond anyone else. If you need someone, use him as your guy.
After going here 5 times still left without a car.never could get the right price of the car.and they kept trying to get me to purchase a new car with my credit and not comfortable with a higher price. Things was added totalling thousands of dollars on a use car such as dent and scratch protection.and asking for down payment which was not subtracted from the price. Stay away from their service department! They will damage your vehicle and refuse to take the blame even if you have proof. When you bring this issue to their attention, they will lie about it, try to cover up their wrong doing and intimidate you.The manager is disrespectful and dismissive. He said "he will not admit fault to anything even if it did occur on their property". This location is a disgrace to the AutoNation brand. AutoNation Honda on Thornton Rd. are great!! They don't haggle you, they just help you in getting the best out of your vehicle buying experience. The Sales Representative Mario Moses was the best. He made me feel at ease throughout the entire process!!
I went to AutoNation Honda Thornton Road for an oil change and tire rotation service on my Civic, a great experience overall. Service was quick and waiting areas were comfortable. My service representative was professional and friendly.
I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor was very nice and friendly. She had my information and I was in and out in about an hour. I was very impressed with the service dept.( So far.)
