Still waiting on a tire change. I made an appointment and have now been sitting for 2.5 hours with no updates at all from anyone. This is a 15 minute process and they've now drug it out to eat up half my day of productivity. Can not recommend.

I have had an awful experience getting my car part for the repair to my vehicle. I have been very patient and I am running out. When I was told 5/23 for my ETA on the part and now to be told that’s not when it arrives but when it’s shipped just really was wrong.
