I went to service my vehicle, caitlin was my advisor and she is the best. Took care of me, kept me informed while i was there. People are very nice at this dealership i am really impressed. I will definitely come back to this dealership!!!!! Ask for caitlin she is the best.
Used cars are bad. Not helping with Mechanical problems. That they knew about and divulge those problems to the buyer. I thought Honda was better than that.

Read warranty information carefully. I was ripped off by the finance manager. Brought my car in today. Come to find out my oil changes are not covered after he stated they were. I bought the 5 months ago. I went in to speak with the finance manager. Guess what, he no longer works there! No one can help me! Once you purchase the vehicle all the customer service is gone. DO NOT BY A CAR HERE!
I bought a car at car at HondaNation,an HR-V sport. It had several issues occur over the 4 months that I owned the car. The GM,Simo,is an AWESOME person! He wants to make sure ALL of his customers are happy and safe.He made me an offer to turn in the ‘19 HR-V,due to the problems I have been having,and get a ‘19 CRV. Same year,but a much nicer car!!
