Now why is my car leaking oil on my pavement by my garage? So I took my car to get an oil change on yesterday at Auto Nation Honda on Thorton Road. I was told that the bolt to my oil pan had to be repaired. I paid $386 after a $60 discount. Then I was told that the sealants on the motor was loose and was leaking from the top. He recommended a dye so he can know which sealants had to be replaced and to come back in a week to have it checked. Tresilyn was awesome. Kept me informed. There was however a less than positive encounter was a female who answered the phone 6/09 and was most effective in not allowing me to speak to anyone in Service, she enabled me to sacrifice a whole day.
I love this dealership! They do a great job from beginning to end; Matching the me to a car that met my personal taste and practical needs. They connected me to financing that works- And they run a service department that's honest, reliable and timely.
