Great service department! Prompt and friendly service!
if you didn't buy your car from them don't take it too them if it's under warranty. they will make you do the leg work to find out who is your warranty company and all the information they need. if I have to pay or not they should try to get that information, that's there job ijs. my appointment was at 11AM so about 11:45 I asked if I stayed how long would i be there she said another 3 hours. what was the use for me to have an appointment and have to be there for almost 4 hours. I won't be going there any more.
The team at AutoNation is fantastic. We started looking for a new car online and the communication was friendly and accurate. They provided us with a quote that was clear and legit so we decided to visit their showroom. Everyone there was great as well. I was a bit affraid that the online quote was going to be fishing strategy, but I was wrong. What they quoted us was accurate and it was the exact amount we paid for it.
