When we bought our 2014 Ford Fusion Brand new in 2014 the guy sold us a life time warranty, in July of this year we took the Fusion in so that they could check out the alternator, they said it would be over a Hundred Dollars just to look at our car, we have under 40000 on the car, they said our warranty ran out in June, so much for the lifetime warranty I wouldn't recommend Autonation Ford to my worst enemy, we paid all this money for a few oil changes, if you want to get screwed go to Autonation Ford White Bear Lake Mn

All staff I worked with were very friendly and helpful. I was very happy. The loan I had gotten when I left got mixed up and declined but Anya worked some magic and found a new one. I do not live close to the dealership so Anya took time out of her day off to come to me with new paper work to sign .
I went here after I bought a lemon from there 6 years ago. They offered a lower trade in then another dealer, lost my house key while they were inspecting it, and asked me what price i saw so they could make sure they found all of the rebates. After talking to the manager about my lemon he said I should have joined the class action law suit and they wouldn’t do anything more. I had a 2013 focus which was my first new car and has left a bad taste in my mouth for fords.
My dad bought a car from here and he’s had nothing but problems with it. Brought it back in for issues within the first few weeks of him having it and they were less than helpful and rude. Ended up having to go somewhere else for the repair. Now the car needs a new transmission. I wish we would have went somewhere else.
