I came in to Auto Nation Ford White Bear Lake as 5 years ago, I purchased a used vehicle from them. My experience with them February 2019, however, was awful. I was looking for another used vehicle and came in knowing which one I wanted to test drive. The sales person did not know anything about Subarus, only offered his knowledge of Ford cars, and did not offer to find out or look up the information we were wondering about. We have a 2018 F150 that we got in January and a 2019 Escape that we got on Presidents day. We love both our vehicles and our sales person Pete Turgeon is the absolute best!! Thanks again Pete!!!
Will call you 20 times a week to buy a vehicle and the first time you call with an issue they transfer you multiple times and end up lastly being transferred to a voice mail with no call back.
So far my experience has been a very positive one.Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
HORRIBLE customer service!! Called for a week trying to reach someone in finance, left 2 voicemails, had the secretary hand write a note to have a manager call me back, left a voicemail with a manager, not one person has returned a phone call. It goes to show once you pay them money for a car they don’t give a crap about aftercare. I ended up contacting a local ford dealership for assistance, I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from you again!!
