Just follow through and complete the transaction as negotiated. Reduce waiting time for "finance". Provide forms to customers in advance so can be read before sitting with finance. stop pressuring to buy extended warranty. Kiera was super. JP was a typical car dealer finance guy.
Bought a 2013 Silverado 2500 diesel in late Aug. I have had to replace both batteries, a DEF heater and know the DEF pump. The limited warranty covers none of this so within 2 months I've now had to dump $3200 in a vehicle that supposedly had a comprehensive 125 point inspection done. Left a message with the finance department over a week ago to discuss the warranty and the call was never returned. Have now left a message with the GM and the contact name on the warranty. This has been a terrible experience overall.
