Brought my truck in for a oil change. Didn't wait 2 minutes and they were pulling it into the bay. Before I knew it, it was done and I was on my way.
David Aune is an awesome sales Rep. He made sure that in was comfortable with my choice, and he worked with me and was very patient. I'm very satisfied with my choice. Thank you so much!!!
The repair, from what I can tell was done properly, though it was very expensive. One employee wanted to shake my hand twice while I was signing the statement informing me that there was no guarantee, except what was from the manufacturers of the parts used.
They would have had a great sale with me if it wasn't for the double talk and nobody seeming to know what's going on. Pressure tactics and plenty of hazy "policies" which change seemingly from day to day. I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Don't waste your time.
Very satisfied with the customer service. Dealership was a 4 hours from home but worth the drive. Will shop here again. Thanks Dave Aune and Adam in the finance dept.
I tell my friends I would never buy a car/truck from your dealership.
