This is the third car/truck I've bought from Rich Aboody. He is always helpful and works hard to help me find the car I want without any pressure.
Had a new rear window installed in my F-150. Rear defrost stop working. Installer left grease marks on my light leather seats and headliner. Rear seat seat belts were re-installed twisted and are extremely uncomfortable to use that way. To top it off, the old window was thrown in the back of the truck for me to dispose of. Because of a tonneau cover I did not realize this until a week or so later. Not top quality work in my mind!
We had a great experience buying a used vehicle at AutoNation. Roger Olsen was an amazing sales person to deal with. Roger was very knowledgeable, kind, respectful of our price range and had a great sense of humor.
Steve Runkel was excellent. Straight forward on programs, he knew the vehicle inside and out, and was very patient during our deliberations. Thanks!

Called for an estimate on a part.. picked it up 50 minutes later.. Was remembered (which is wonderful) took 7 mintues in the door and out... and final price was better than originally quoted! Had 5 people ask if I was being helped while the service rep was getting products. Phenomenal experience. Will be singing Autonation praises for quite a long time!
