I was impressed with how fast T. J. got things done. I was able to trade my 2013 Ford Focus and lease a 2016 Ford Focus within 3 hours. That was very important to me with my health issues. It's the first time I've leased and T. J. did an exceptional job with a lot of compassion for my situation.
I would just like to let people know about my terrible experience with Auto Nation Ford in White Bear Lake and highly recommend not buying or servicing a vehicle there. I purchased a vehicle in May and the purchase process was actually good. My sales rep Jay was helpful and even got a few minor things taken care of for me to help make the deal. This was my first purchase of a brand new vehicle. As a sales consultant myself I am very critical of the sales people. It was NO pressure to buy and was a smooth purchase. It was awesome that Pete from AutoNation took such good care of me. I have a Ford Dealership in my hometown however I went over an hour to AutoNation because of Pete. Our experience purchasing a Ford F-150 for towing trailer was great. Our salesman, Jon Phelps, answered all of our questions professionally and worked super hard to find the vehicle we wanted. Bob Swanberg helped us shop for a great interest rate for financing the truck, and Jennifer helped us choose the right accessories. Many others were involved - sorry I do not know all of their names. Great teamwork.
Excellent, no pressure sales experience! Davor was very knowledgeable and made the buying experience fun. I got exactly what I wanted and am very pleased! There was no pressure to add accessories beyond what I wanted. Finance staff were very relaxed and I did not feel any uptake pressure. Overall a great experience!! Thanks!!!

Had a very good experience buying my new car. Dan answered all the questions I had and explained the paperwork as we went through it. He also showed me the features of the Escape, plus went over the operation of the car so I would feel comfortable driving it home. I would definitely come back to AutoNation and recommend it to others.
