Don't go here. When this was Tousley Ford it was a great, locally owned dealership. Since the corporate overlords at Autonation bought them out, I have witnessed a slow decline in customer service. You are nothing but a number to these people. I wish I hadn't bought a service contract with them so I never had to step foot in this place again. As a matter of fact, because of the poor customer service, I will NEVER buy a Ford product again.
I’m extremely impressed with the team that worked with me and ultimately got me into amazing vehicle and gave me an amazing trade value for my old car. As luck would have it the vehicle I originally went there to see was just leaving for a test drive and that person ended up buying it. While we waited Lance Kruger and I just took a walk around the lot. He was honest about my choices and what he felt would be a good choice for me. Worst service experience I've ever had in my life.
We just purchased two new cars, a 2017 Escape and a 2017 Fusion. John and Anne were great with helping us get the deal done with the payments we wanted. We will continue to be loyal Autonation customers!
