Bought truck last fall had in to their shop within a week and they made me feel like it was an inconvenience. They say they have a 90 day warranty but they’ll make the best effort to avoid scheduling an appointment. Service department is rude and unprofessional. They take little to no responsibility for their service staff. I’d refer to them as a shiny chop shop, sell vehicles with known problems that even their stay admits and won’t fix them. Go anywhere else but AutioNation to buy or for service.

The repair department is great. They promptly dealt with the recalls on my car. The courtesy call to update me on the progress of the repairs, and to let me know my car was done, was great! The courtesy car was an Escape, which was awesome! Kudo's to all!
fast, prompt service. courteous staff and best of all they dont make unnecessary repairs and usually call you to let you know the cost of repairs and what they find upon inspection.

Bought my Jeep Wrangler at auto nation and I absolutely love it! Our sales guy Chase was patient, polite, friendly and not pushy which I really appreciated as a first time car buyer! Totally would recommend Chase to anyone lookin for a non-stressful car buying experience! On the other hand Mitch in financing was EXTREMELY pushy and rude about buying warranty’s.
