Offered me $250 for my trade in after waiting hours, then text me 10 mins after I left that they could do $1500... Slimy unprofessional salespeople. Had to ask for my keys several times before they LET me leave.... Save yourself hours of time and thousands of dollars by buying from any other dealership in white bear! I’m so glad I did!
They sold me a lemon. Everyting that could go wrong with my truck has gone wrong in the 18 months I've owned it. Now I still owe $11,000 on a truck that's worth $2,000. Stay away from them!
Terrible service, I literally talked to 8 different people and all of them had no clue what was going on. If you want to go through hell while getting a car come here. From wrong financing information, to getting my loan wrong after it was done and I had the car a true nightmare!!!
Steve at auto nation was great to work with. Always made sure I was informed. My issue with ford is that they won’t fix my clutch knowing everyone has the same issue. I have had replaced twice and owner before me once. Way too expensive for me to fix Ford should be responsible. Because of this I will never buy a ford again. Now I drive around with bad clutch and can’t even sell because of this. No one at ford seems to care.
