Organized appointment ready and will To help me when I walk in the door. Walked me to my car and reviewed what was wrong. Suggested something and came back later with more details for me to make a sound and financial and safe decision for my car. Listened to me and answered my questions.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. The ease and professionalism was top notch.
Staff is polite and makes great effort in customer satisfaction. Prefer the discontinued "Quick Lane" for convenience. (Hard to pre-schedule days off work mist if the time). Loss of this competitive advantage will be a large factor in my next vehicle purchasing decision (as it has been in previous purchases).
I have used these guys in the past but likely will not come back. I brought my car in for service and they lost my keys to the car. That includes keys to my house and office. They had my car for two days. I never once received a call or message on the status of my vehicle. I had to call them. Which took a long time to actually reach someone. The repairs seem to have been done properly but Customer service is a joke there.
Had a great experience with Alex M. She was helpful and quick to help me with questions and getting things prepared for purchasing my car. Knowledgable and kind, would recommend her and Autonation to find a great car for your needs. Will most likely use in the future !
