I was assured 100% I was approved for a 2016 Ford Taurus limited and I was told yes it was a for sure thing so I sold my car and come to find out it was not a for sure thing. I recently purchased a truck and I wanted to upgrade my 2012 Taurus to a newer one for my wife. I was mislead and it was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ON THE PART OF JAMES REID. I have supporting documto prove I was mislead. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER

I’ve been taking my Ford ranger, to Ford AutoNation and they have always been awesome. Just recently I had to turn in my Ford ranger due to a accident(going into the ditch) I knew that the Ford was beyond my ability to be able to fix it. It was towed over to Ford auto nation and they really took care of me. They worked with me to get another vehicle to replace the other Ford, they are just awesome in every aspect . Again thank you FordAutoNation
Definitely takes longer than in previous visits. Really no separate quick lane service...disappointing.
