Chatting on facebook was incoherent and unhelpful. Why offer a facebook chat if all you use it for is to direct people to a phone number and to ask for my email address? I had a simple question about a vehicle, but they kept telling me they wanted to get the carfax. These were completed unrelated and made no sense. I suspect there is either a poorly written bot involved, or the person running the chat is only allowed to copy-paste certain responses.
This dealership goes above and beyond to keep you satisfied. I will be buying vehicles there from now on.
Poor communication between employees. Lot's of run around between employees to get answers.
I had a great leasing experience here... not so great experience getting accessories. Got a quote for a tonneau cover and bed liner, all seemed reasonable. Dropped the truck off for installation, got a call back when it was done with a price that was $200 more than expected. I asked why, got the list of prices, and began explaining that wasn’t what was quoted. Was transferred to the man that gave me the quote, he apologized and said he must have given me the wrong price.
