Karl was the gentleman who help us when we went for an oil change. He explained what they would do and also the charges for all the services. We were treated with respect and honesty from Karl and Ford auto nation. We will definitely go back for our oil changes after our experience with Karl and staff. Bought a $700 rust proof package for my car. At 44000 miles the bottom of the doors are rusting. The company That is supposed to fix it says it’s considered “seam rust” and it’s not covered. I told them Auto Nation said the rust package covered any and all rust. Untrue it doesn’t cover “seam rust”. I checked and the only type of rust most cars ever get is seam rust. I hope Auto Nation enjoys my hard earned $700. This is why car dealers get a bad rep.
