Everytime I go, something gets screwed up or something is overlooked
Didn’t reply to phone calls for 2 months. Gave the run around on why my contract wasn’t sent in on time. Took 2 months to get a refund back that should have taken 10 days at most. Told I wouldn’t have to make a first payment because of refund but that never happened and almost missed first payment. Sales staff I would recommend. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!
Quick Lane has been great to us. Ryan Sobczak priced and ordered my new tires, set my appointment,and took care of me when I arrived. Alignment, all weather tires mounted,oil change ,and check up all done efficiently and professionally. Thank you Quick Lane and Ryan.

Tony the salesman was wonderful. Very knowledgeable. I would deal with him again. The finance guy was another story. We decided we wanted to purchase the car by 9:30. We sat and waited for hours to get the finance person to figure things out. He kept saying it would take 15 minutes, but we wouldn’t seem him for an hour or more. We didn’t end up leaving dealership until after 1pm.

Our experience purchasing a used vehicle was great! Our salesperson, Lisa S, was wonderful. She listened to what we we were looking for and was conscious of our budget at the same time. She spent time finding us several options that met our criteria (which wasn’t easy!). We walked away with exactly what we needed in regards to vehicle size, mileage, and price. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was to work with.
