The customer service is terrible they never answer the phones and when they do you get transferred. I rushed to purchase my car should have stayed close to home this place is terrible. wish I could just get my money back!!!!!!!!!!!

Their service department is horrible They have had my car for a month today! Went in for a ford extended warranty on the clutch. They have not done anything yet. Was also promised a rental car I am driving a 10 mile to the gallon spare car still! Be aware they suck!!

RecommendedI bought a used card and added the 2-year warranty, I had an issue this weekend and had to tow the car to get service. Greg (My Service Advisor) called me Monday morning and say they would look at the car and keep me updated. They not only fixed the car and covered the part, but it was also done in 2 days so it did not impact my Thanksgiving weekend.
