RecommendedJust had the Focus in for a recall problem. It was fixed and good as new.

I've had extremely good service here. I bought my truck through them so i keep bringing it back. Mike was so kind, helpful, & knowledgeable. He made me feel important. All work was to my satisfaction and complete in the time he estimated it would be. What i calculated what the cost would be for whatever work i had done was lower than expected.

I use Ford Valencia for routine maintenance, Morgan being my service writer. Morgan is and always has been very knowledgeable about my needs getting me in and out fast, while making sure my vehicle runs and looks good. I give Morgan a 5 out of 5

I want to share my cousin experience at this place. His name is Reyman. He states that “this place is not professional, 5 weeks my car was at the dealership 2 times they called me to pick up my car and deliver it to me with the check engine light, according to them "technician" (Eduardo) and (James) general manager, they changed the transmission and the module, then he told me that the check engine light was because the wheels were a little worn and also that I was driving the car, the first time in 5 years that this happens... read more
