HORRIBLE customer service. We called one week ago to bring my truck in for service. Dropped it off this morning and now they are telling me that I will be lucky to have it looked at before the weekend. Why I’m the world would you make an appointment to bring a vehicle in if you cannot even look at it?? They didn’t offer a loaner vehicle or anything. They told me “some customers leave there car here for a month when we are busy.” 😳 Well I have driven fords for 25 years and never EVER had service this bad at the other 2 deale... read more
Fantastic customer service from Gregg Speer, one of the service writers. We were on a long road trip in our RV when we lost the transmission in our towed car. He got us right in despite a large service que, got a new trans on order and kept us informed right thru completion. He went wayyyy above the call of duty, helping us with a nice place to camp and even really helped with a loaner car. Was huge with us in this unfortunate trip delay and expense. Cheers to AutoNation Ford Valencia !!
Had to take in my car for warranty and a recall work. Mike Mande was my service guy. He had my car for a week and got me a rental, he made everything very easy. Kept me up on the status of my car along the way. Would highly recommend.
