RecommendedEveryone was very professional and friendly. I have bought more than a handful of cars thru Ford Valencia and don’t remember a bad experience. Would buy again from there.
Brought my vehicle for warranty fix. Service guy was in a hurry to go home. All he said was bearings changed, car was cleaned , pay at the cashier. He's gone. Didnt ask if I have questions. Car was not cleaned. I asked the cashier, she said the service man was the one who supposed to explain everything.
Quick and excellent service
Service advisor was great and very apologetic , but it took them 20 minutes to bring me my car and it hadn’t been washed, although they said it had been put on the wash list 2 hours before I got there. After about 15 minutes I went in to ask if someone was still bringing my car and then my service advisor personally went to go look. I used to come here for my previous vehicle and the customer service was always hit or miss.
My service advisor is great. She’s doing her job but your prices are astronomical. $376 for an oil change and oil & fuel filter change? I checked with a variety of independent establishments and found I could have done the same service for a third of the cost. They told me they would wash my truck and that didn’t even get done. my experience with the salesman and the finance department was excellent. I purchased a vehicle there before. This is my second purchase.
In the 27 years I’ve lived out here I’ve never had a good experience with this dealership. Today was the last straw. Came in to buy a new SUV, and no one came to greet us, offer assistance, ask if we were looking for anything specific, or even look our way. They all just wanted to stand in the shade or play around inside the showroom soaking up the AC We’ll never be coming back to consider giving any of our money or business to this dealership.
I have always had my Mustang services at Auto Nation Ford in Valencia. I don’t live in the area anymore and I still travel there for service. Greg is awesome. He is honest and fair. And a very nice guy. I highly recommend.
Great customer service and helpful team. Gregg is great as my Service Advisor. Thank you for the wonderful care you all provide for my 2013 F150. It runs great.
