I bought a 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat they only gave me 1 key and they won’t get back to me about another key. I can’t reset any codes without 2 keys.

Took my 2013 Ford Explorer in for an upgrade to the for touch system after it said it needed to be done at the dealer. Long story short after a day there I was told they couldn’t install the update and that it will be $1200 to get it back working again. WTHeck ! It was fine before this update was attempted Just put it back to the old op system ! So now for the last month and a half I have no seat heaters or anything on touch. I opened a service ticket and hit one call back. They actually asked if I tried another dealer. Lol
Just did a Ford repurchase with the GM Amin. He went out if his way to assist me without getting prior notice from corporate. He completed the task and all matters were handled professionally.
I recommend this dealership service department. They made our experience smooth and easy. Nikki went out of her way by making sure we had a rental car and kept us up to date with the process of our repairs.Really appreciate the service we have received.
The Service Manager Nikki and her staff are awesome... They go above and beyond their duties!
