AutoNation Ford of Valencia is awesome. They took care of my car and even clean it for me. Service was quick and the service department was very helpful this being my first service on my hybrid. I even got a shuttle ride home while my car was being serviced. I was very impressed by the service team. I must add pricing was super competitive since the quick lube place across the street was asking slightly more and did not include tire rotation. Definitely coming back.

Drove from Denver for a vacation with my family. On the way my check engine light came on. They were able to get my car in and back on the road quickly. Service advisor Mike was quick, super helpful, and professional. Thank you for fixing up my vehicle, and ensuring a safe drive home!

Take responsibility for damages caused by their mechanics and not turn around and try to charge their service customers $1500.00 for those damages.
