They are not professional and they are condescending. The General Manager Polo Lopez would never call us back after over two dozen calls and emails. They fixed a recall and did not give me a work order print out and I am left wondering if they ever did the work. They replaced a part that cost over $1,000 and I requested the old part as evidence of the replacement and they refused to provide it. They will not tell you how they reached a diagnosis. Please save yourself and go to another dealership.

I took my 2015 Ford Focus in because of a safety recall. They also discovered a failing motor mount and the coolant bottle was cracked and leaking. Morgan was polite, professional, friendly. I'll return to that location for any needed dealer maintenance.
