I’ve never written a bad review in my life it’s u fortunate that it’s come tot his. Worst customer service we’ve ever had! They scammed us big time, lesson learned. We will never do business with this dealership EVER again. Unfortunately probably losing out on a maintenance package they suckers us into buying now also! This place is a joke and I’ll do my best to make sure everyone knows it!
Great service. Friendly people. I even had an issue with my old car. My friend was unable to come with me to get my new truck the day of so they accommodated me no questions asked... found a safe secure parking spot I could leave my old car in for a few days until I was able to return to take it home. They didn’t have to do that. Helped me out a lot and was able to drive away in my brand new truck. I had no complaints.
I had issues in the past but I had a great experience yesterday! Morgan was great and got my car repaired the same day as my appointment.
I recently ordered a 2019 Expedition. I got it the other day and am super happy with it! The whole process was made very easy by the amazing staff there. Highly recommend! Thanks guys!
Just drove 90 minutes to Valencia ready to buy the car we were quoted this week. When we showed up, they couldn't honor the price they gave us, it would cost $3,000 more... they apologized but offered us nothing to make it right. Most unfortunate and a wasted day for my family. 👎
