Takes way too long. I don’t think the appointment system works if your vehicle still has to wait in line for it’s turn. I was planning to wait there thinking it would only take about an hour. Then I was told I should take the courtesy shuttle home because it could be a few hours since there were other vehicles in front of it. Again, what’s the purpose of the appointment then. I took my truck in for 2 new batteries and it’s 6 month service. I dropped it off at 2:00 and it was ready by 5:00. Outstanding. Tuesday was a good day for service.
everything went smootlly and timely. One of the best experiences in having my car serviced.Service dept. rep Frank Diaz was terrific in getting the recall work done on timely basis.
Brought my car in over the weekend in follow-up to a recall pertaining to steering. Was in and out within 10 minutes...service rep was personable, upbeat and extremely professional.
