Biggest waste of time! Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place. Finance manager will make you promises he cannot deliver.
Had a great experience they took care of my car and went up and be on fixing my car. Went in for a recall took care of that and made it right.. Greg was my service write. He took care and kept me informed as to what was going on. Would definitely take my car back when needed.. Thank you 😊
The staff there is so professional and welcoming. They will make you laugh and make you feel like family. I highly encourage people to come visit them.
Terrible service!!!! Car in for 3 days and no one even looked at it. Asked for Dennis the manager and didn’t even get a returned call. Asked for the GM and no one was available. AWFUL
Good service in the past.. but booked a 9am apt this Saturday for routine service for my truck. Called around 3 pm to see if they were close to being finished. Was told we’d get a call back and didn’t. Called again closer to 5pm and my truck hadn’t even been touched yet and was told it would be ready ‘sometime’ Monday. Not cool! Would of not even brought it in on Saturday had I been told this in advance. Bought my car four years ago (2014 Ford Focus, manual transmission) and have been coming here for service since then and have had ZERO problems. All the folks are great. Appointments are easy to make. They have a great shuttle that gets me to work and even picks me up after work to take me back to the dealership to pick up my car. I travel to the Central Valley regularly to visit family and I depend on my car to get me there and back again. Thank you AutoNation Ford Valencia for making it so.
