Is there a zero star option? Even when making an appointment your car will be kept for days at a time. The only way to get updates is to call, over and over, and over. We have brought our cars in for recalls, they were kept for days and we had to fight for a rental car. Now our 2014 Escape is in the shop with leaking coolant (NOT ok in a car this new) and it's already been there 4 days and they haven't even diagnosed the problem yet, which means we are paying out of pocket for a rental. I have now purchased 6 vehicles from Autonation Ford Valencia! There team here is amazing, I want to shout out to Angela(Finance) Ty(Finance), Steve(Sales Manager) and Chance(GM) they have taken care of my family and myself over and over again! I continue to send people there way and honestly will only buy cars from them! Go to them over any other dealer!
Don't buy a car here. They will not service your car. My car has been sitting a week and they even lied to corporate ford about fixing my vehicle
Looking to replace a BMW coming off Lease and was disappointed to find all the BMW, Audi, Volvo SUV's with the Tech we wanted were well north of 50K. We got a loaded Edge Sport w everything down to even A/C Seats for 10G less and the same monthly pmt and our BMW X-1 stripper....... Thanks Cody and Roy in F/I !

First thing this week you make a mess of my new Transit by getting the door panel full of oily finger prints, now I bring our truck in for an issues and you tell me it will be a week before you can even pop the hood.
