If purchasing a car I highly Recommend George and Auto Nations Service Department is great (fair prices timely service). My Fusion Hybrid Consistently Averages 40-42MPG and has performed flawlessly while being driven 32K miles in one year.
I brought my car in for a regular oil change, which includes a tire rotation and some other maintenance items. It was suggested that I have a wheel alignment done as well. Brought my vehicle in for service that was competed by the time stated. However there were a couple of issues that need attention. Service advisor was Frankie who was pleasant and courteous as he answered my' many' questions. ;-)
The first experience I had at Valencia Ford was irritating, was quoted a price and when I went in to pay it was more and no one called me to confirm that it was ok to do the service. The second time was amazing Michael in service helped me out and was awesome. He took the time to look stuff up to confirm a price that was only a couple dollars off. After dealing with him I defiantly will take my truck back for other stuff. Thanks Michael Mance
Recently purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer 4WD with all the bells and whistles. Mr. Samuel Stuart was my Sales Consultant and he proved himself a knowledgeable and courteous professional. An additional shout out to Mr. Steven Jones, Sales Manager, who assisted with the final sale. Sam and Steve got me the right vehicle, with the right equipment for the right price. Took my car in for a warranty issue/repair and was very happy with the Service Department. Greg Speer was very friendly and honest with me about how long the car would be in for service (transmission dept was backed up for close to a week) and kept me up to date on the status of my car. He suggested that while my car was waiting for transmission analysis they might as well take care of the air bag recall. Great!
